PI Industries surges on starting commercial production of newly set-up unit in Gujarat

PI Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1533.90, up by 17.40 points or 1.15% from its previous closing of Rs. 1516.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1544.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1544.00 and Rs. 1511.45 respectively. So far 253 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1626.00 on 10-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 981.50 on 11-Mar-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1586.95 and Rs. 1477.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21006.23 crore.

PI Industries has started commercial production of newly set-up unit of the company situated at Plot No. SPM 29/2 of Sterling SEZ and Infrastructure, Villages Sarod and Valipor, Taluka Jambusar, District Bharuch, Gujarat with effect from March 11, 2020.

PI Industries is engaged in the business of- Agri inputs, Fine Chemicals and (CRAMS) Contract Research and Manufacturing Services), Polymers and Engineering Services.
