Arvind Fashions has received approval from its Committee of Directors to issue 1, 99,75,953 equity shares of face value of Rs 4 each at an issue price of Rs 150 per equity share (including premium of Rs 146 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs 299.64 crore to all the existing equity shareholders of the company on a rights basis.
