Maharashtra Seamless has informed that it has enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice dated March 05, 2020 along with Explanatory Statement and postal ballot form. The Company is in process of sending Postal Ballot Notice, along with other relevant documents, to those shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) as on March 06, 2020 (Cut-off date), to seek their approval as set out in said Postal Ballot Notice. The Company has engaged the services of CDSL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. The voting through postal ballot and e-voting will commence from Wednesday, March 18, 2020 (9:00 AM IST) and shall end on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
