CreditAccess Grameen zooms on alloting rupee denominated bonds worth Rs 17 crore

CreditAccess Grameen is currently trading at Rs. 798.35, up by 16.05 points or 2.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 782.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 650.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 838.75 and Rs. 650.00 respectively. So far 5469 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1000.80 on 20-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 398.70 on 14-May-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 863.65 and Rs. 650.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11492.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 80.01%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.06% and 5.94% respectively.

CreditAccess Grameen has raised Rs 17 crore  through issue of bonds and received approval for allotment of 170 Secured, Rupee Denominated, Non-Convertible Bonds of Rs 10 lakh each to Water Credit Investment Fund 1, LLC, U.S.A. The Stakeholder Relationship Committee approved the same.
