Seamec has informed that the Share Certificate(s) is/are reported lost from the shareholder, Milind V Asant Bankley (Folio Number-013041). The request letters received from the shareholder by the RTA on 18.03.2020 forwarded to the Company on the same day are attached. The Company has instructed the RTA to advise on receipt of all required documents from the Shareholder for issue of Duplicate share certificate(s). The Duplicate share certificate(s) will be issued by the Company in the name of the above mentioned shareholder(s), within 30 days from the date of lodgement and compliance of formalities by the subject Shareholder. The company has request to the members not to deal with the aforesaid shares.
