Mahindra Logistics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have, at its meeting held today through video conference, appointed Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct the Audit of the Secretarial records of the Company for the financial years 2019-20 and 2020-21, to replace MMJC & Associates, LLP, belonging to the same Practising Company Secretaries (PCS) Firm with similar partners and audit team. Other details with respect to change in Secretarial Auditor of the Company are attached as Annexure A to this letter.
