F&O total turnover stood at Rs 5,50,875 crore on March 24

Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 5,50,875 crore on March 24 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 1,08,88,346.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 42,319.99 crore, Stock Futures Rs 73,797.80 crore and Index Options Rs 414481.67 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 20,275.54 crore.

For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.55, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.54 and that of Stock Options was 0.65.
