With reference to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015), Precision Wires India has informed that in view of the lockdown directions passed by the Central and Local Government all over India to prevent & contain the spread of COVID19 and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and workers, the Management of the Company has closed all its factories/ depots/ offices till 14th April, 2020.
