Ahmedabad Steelcraft has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification given by stock exchange through its circular no LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the ‘Code’) under the provisions, of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, with effect from 1st April, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2020.
