Megri soft has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/ Securities, the trading window will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from Wednesday the 1st April, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended on 31st March, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
