Muthoot Capital Services has completed a direct assignment transaction of Rs 99.93 crore on March 30, 2020. With this transaction, the company has so far raised total funds of Rs 909.60 crore through securitization / direct assignment transactions during the FY 2019 - 20.
The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
