SMC Credit has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2020 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons covered under the code from with immediate effect till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
