Gayatri Bio Organics has informed that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by its designated persons will remain closed with effect from close of working hours on Tuesday, March 31, 2020. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
