Further to announcement dated March 24, 2020 regarding suspension of operations at Company’s manufacturing facilities due to the lockdown declared by the authorities and restrictions on transport of goods resulting from the COVID-19 crisis, Solar Industries India has informed that consequent upon receipt of approval of concerned administration authorities, Company, has partially resumed its manufacturing operations with the limited manpower and with all the necessary safety precaution measures to ensure the supply of our products to emergency service providers. The management continues to monitor the situation closely and is taking appropriate steps / actions as per directions from local authorities and all other relevant factors.
