Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 1162159.01 crore on April 8 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 2,25,33,629.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 46,144.18 crore, Stock Futures Rs 47,523.37 crore and Index Options Rs 1043038.77 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 25,452.69 crore.
