Tata Communications is planning for fund raising by way of private placement of Rated, Secured, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for Rs 500 crore + Green Shoe Option of Rs 150 crore to be issued and allotted as may be decided by the Board of Directors or a committee. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on April 15, 2020, to consider the same.
