JM Financial has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company, at its meeting held on 17th April 2020 has approved the grant of 18,56,913 options giving rise to the issuance of equivalent number of equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each of the Company to the eligible employees. The details of grant, vesting schedule and exercise period in respect of the above options as enclosed. This intimation is uploaded without any physical signature due to the situation arising out of COVID - 19 and ‘Work from Home’ policy adopted by the Company. It may be noted that this is in line with the guidelines issued by Stock Exchange on March 24, 2020.
