Hardcastle Restaurants (HRPL), a Master Franchisee for West & South India operations of McDonald’s restaurants and a subsidiary of the Westlife Development, has reported fall of 6.9% in its same-store sales growth (SSSG) for Q4FY20, while sales growth declined by 1.5% on a year-on-year basis. The company’s SSSG increased 4.01% for the year ended March 31, 2020, while sales growth on a y-o-y basis has increased 10.3%.
Westlife Development focuses on putting up and operating Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in India through its subsidiary HRPL. The Company operates a chain of McDonald's restaurants in west and south India, having a master franchisee relationship with McDonald's Corporation USA, through the latter's Indian subsidiary.
