Transcorp International soars after RBI authorizes it to issue co-branded prepaid instruments cards & wallets

Transcorp International is currently trading at Rs. 8.95, up by 0.15 points or 1.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.68 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.68 and Rs. 8.06 respectively. So far 3497 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 23.55 on 24-Apr-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.61 on 20-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 10.20 and Rs. 7.61 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 25.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.20% and 26.58% respectively.

Transcorp International has received the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) nod for entering into co-branding arrangements for Prepaid Instruments that can be used for 
transactions in over 35 lakh stores and online gateways across the country. This can be used by organizations to disburse wages and salaries to all employees, including those that do not have a bank account.

Transcorp International is engaged in offering services like Money changing, Money transfer, Tours & travel and Rent-a-car.
