Alliance Integrated Metaliks has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Ashwini Kumar Syal, Non-Executive & Independent Director, of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company and consequently, from all the Board Committees of the Company with effect from 22nd April 2020. Due to preoccupation with other companies and some unavoidable circumstances, he will not able to devote further time on the Board of the Company. Further, there is no other material reason for his resignation.
