Credit rating agency -- CRISIL has revised the credit ratings and outlook assigned to Future Lifestyle Fashions’ credit facilities. The Long Term Bank Facilities rating has been revised to A+ / Stable from AA- / Negative. The Short Term Bank Facilities has been revised to A1 from A1+.
The Non-Convertible Debentures rating has been revised to A+ / Stable from AA- / Negative. The Commercial Papers rating has been revised to A1 from A1+.
