Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to its disclosure made vide letter dated 26th March, 2020, Transpek Industry has informed that after obtaining prior permission from the Concerned District Authorities, the Company has partially restarted its manufacturing facilities and will gradually ramp up the production as per customer requirements, availability of raw materials, availability of manpower and allied services within the permissions provided in Government’s Directives from time to time. The Company will continue to follow the Government regulations and directives to ensure the safety and health of the Company’s employees and their families and the society at large.
