UPL has completed the acquisition of Yoloo (Laoting) Bio-technology Co., post all customary and regulatory approvals, the transaction is closed. Earlier, the company had entered into definitive agreements, through its step-down overseas subsidiary, to acquire 100% shares of Yoloo (Laoting) Bio-technology Co (Laoting Yoloo), an agrochemical company based in Heibei Province, China, from Beijing Yoloo Bio-Technology Corp (Beijing Yoloo).
