In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), International Travel House has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 1st May, 2020: Taken note that Ajay Kumar has completed his term as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from close of work on 30th April, 2020; Appointed Bhagwateshwaran Hariharan as an Additional Director and, subject to the approval of the Members, also as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1 st May, 2020. It further advised that to the best of company's knowledge and information, Hariharan has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other authority. Brief profile and other details of Hariharan, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI circular dated 9th September, 2015, are given in Annexure 1.
