Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 2279856.76 crore on May 7 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 4,79,57,481.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 27,069.33 crore, Stock Futures Rs 46,300.02 crore and Index Options Rs 2168447.88 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 38,039.53 crore.
