Apollo Micro Systems has duly signed an addendum to the Investment cum Shareholders Agreement to extend the timeline for making investment in Ananya SIP RF Technologies for a further period of 90 days (total 180 days), as the investment gets delayed due to the prevailing pandemic COVID-19.
Except above, all the existing provisions of the agreement remain unaffected.
Apollo Micro Systems is in the business of designing, development and manufacturing of electronics and electro-mechanical systems including software.
