Share India Securities has decided to purchase 100% Equity Shares of Total Commodities (India), subject to compliance with all applicable laws and requisite approvals, if any. Consequently, Total Commodities (India) will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2020 have decided the same.

The purchase would result into business synergy and enhance the current business operation of the company.  The acquisition shall be completed within a month. Total cost of acquisition is Rs. 5,09,82,000.
