Reliance Industries soars on raising Rs 3,600 crore through NCDs

Reliance Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1432.40, up by 24.25 points or 1.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 1408.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1407.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1445.85 and Rs. 1393.65 respectively. So far 771279 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,603.24 on 20-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 867.45 on 23-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1496.40 and Rs. 1393.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 960580.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.06% and 11.87% respectively.

Reliance Industries has raised Rs 3,600 crore (PPD Series N Debentures) and allotted 36,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each, issued on private placement basis on May 19, 2020. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
