Piramal Enterprises has raised Rs 500 crore through secured, rated, listed, redeemable nonconvertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 5,000 NCDs having a face value of Rs 10 lakh on private placement basis. The Meeting of Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors held on May 21, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
