In reference to the clarification sought by exchange dated 15th May, 2020 on movement of the price of shares of the Company; Stanrose Mafatlal Investments and Finance has clarified that all the events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the company and which include all price sensitive information, etc. that is required to be intimated as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are already intimated to the stock exchange from time to time and there is no further material information with the company that should be intimated to the exchange. The Company opines not to have any latest relevant information that may have bearing on its price behavior in the scrip.
