Transport Corporation of India has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30 & 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed the copies of newspaper cuttings published in the Financial Express (English) and Surya (Regional Language) newspapers regarding intimation to shareholders about unclaimed shares due for transfer to the IEPF, pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time.
