Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Bhatia Communications & Retail (lndia) has informed that in view of the outbreak of COVID-19 in India and in view of the lockdown announced by the Central Government, the Company, as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of that disease, has shut down all its Working and offices temporarily with effect from 25th March, 2020. The company has informed that it has recently resumed partial working at its retail outlets which are located in non containment one with minimum staff with the approvals/clearance from state authorities. Further as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/84 May 20, 2020, it has informed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the business operations as disclosed in Annexure-1 .
