Infibeam Avenues’ board has approved the acquisition of 100% Shareholding in Cardpay Technologies. Consequently, Cardpay Technologies will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company.
The objects of the said acquisition is to capitalize on the significant market opportunity for credit to SMEs and corporates and offer comprehensive payment solutions under company's Digital Card Payments' Issuance business. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on June 5, 2020 has approved the same.
Infibeam Avenues is engaged in providing online retail services.
