Physical Rubber prices witness some firmness on Wednesday

Physical Rubber prices showed some firmness on Wednesday due to ongoing supply crunch in the market. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety rose to 121.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 121/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 117.50/kg.

In the futures market, July delivery fell to Rs 126.25 compared to its previous close of Rs 126.66 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
