Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report is enclosed for the information and record, and recommended a dividend of Re 1 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2019-20.
