Emami’s UK based inoperative step-down subsidiary -- Greenlab Organics, (Greenlab) has been dissolved under operation of laws. Greenlab was incorporated on August 05, 2013 as wholly owned subsidiary of Fravin Pty (Australia) and with an initial capital of one GBP. Since incorporation, Greenlab has not undertaken any business activities and there was no contribution in overall revenue of the company. Dissolution of Green lab will have no impact in the operations and financials of the company.
Emami is the flagship company of the Emami Group and engaged in manufacturing products under various categories namely Hair Care, Skin Creams and Lotions, Talcum Powder and ayurvedic health care products.
