Decipher Labs has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/06/2020 to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2020 and the Report of the Auditors thereon; and any other matter with the permission of the Board. Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and earlier declaration, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for insiders of the Company till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020.
