IIFL Finance has informed that in furtherance to the intimation dated June 09, 2020 wherein the record date of June 19, 2020 was fixed for the purpose of transfer of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued to public by India Infoline Finance to IIFL Finance pursuant to merger of India Infoline Finance with the Company under the Composite Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated March 07, 2019. The Company has now completed the process of transfer and the said NCDs will be available for trading on NSE and BSE in the name of IIFL Finance with effective from Monday, June 22, 2020 as per the enclosed notices issued by the exchanges.
