In continuation to earlier intimation, Sarda Energy & Minerals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have transacted the following business: Approved the audited standalone and consolidated results (financial and segment wise) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020, approved the audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020: The Statutory Auditors of the Company, O.P Singhania & Co, have issued auditors report with an unmodified opinion for both, the standalone results and the consolidated results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020 and recommended a dividend at at Rs 5 per share (50%) for the financial year 2019-20, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the general meeting. The meeting started at 10.45 am and concluded at 1.20 pm. A copy of the said results along with the Auditor’s report is enclosed.
