Physical Rubber prices witness some weakness on Tuesday

Physical Rubber prices showed some weakness on Tuesday as weak demand from domestic stockists along with spike in corona virus cases weighed on investor sentiment. Though, persistent supply crunch in the market capped the fall. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to 119/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 120/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety remained unchanged at Rs 115/kg.

In the futures market, July delivery lost to Rs 120 compared to its previous closing of Rs 120.86, on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
