Inter Globe Finance has informed that with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31s March, 20 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from 24th June, 2020 to 1st July, 2020. Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The Trading Window will be resumed from 2nd July, 2020 onwards.
