Gujarat Lease Financing has informed that in compliance with the regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27th June, 2020 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The next date of the meeting shall be intimated as soon as the date is finalized.
