Mayur Modi has been designated as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Companyin place of Prashant Agarwal, with immediate effect from June 29, 2020 as per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with its applicable Rules and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mayur Modi is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and possesses a rich and varied experience of over 15 years in financial services and Risk Management across developed and emerging markets.
