The Notice and Annual Report 2020 (including the e-books) have been uploaded on the website of the Company, as details enclosed. Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it also enclosed a copy of the Notice of AGM and the Annual Report 2020 being dispatched to equity shareholders of the Company.
