ISL Consulting has received approval to acquire the shares of Pranav Multitech. Transaction is expected to be completed by end of July, 2020. The Company has decided to acquire equity shares equivalent to 15.00% of the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Pranav Multitech. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2020, considered and approved the same.
