CreditAccess Grameen gains on raising Rs 145 crore through NCDs

CreditAccess Grameen is currently trading at Rs. 522.95, up by 3.85 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 519.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 537.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 537.00 and Rs. 505.00 respectively. So far 4418 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1000.80 on 20-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 305.75 on 07-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 574.35 and Rs. 494.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7493.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 79.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.25% and 5.80% respectively.

CreditAccess Grameen has raised Rs 145 crore through Rated, Listed, Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 1,450 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 on private placement. The Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee at its meeting held on June 29, 2020 has approved and allotted the same.
