RCC Cements has informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window of the company will continue to remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, KMPs, other Designated Persons/ employees and their immediate relatives for dealing in the Company’s securities from Wednesday, July 01, 2020 till closure of 48 hours after the date of board meeting wherein the approval of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 would be considered by the Board. The date of the Board meetings for considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2020 and Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2020 shall be intimated to the Exchange in due course.
