Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 16,59,234.90 crore on July 1 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 2,88,91,689.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 36,013.31 crore, Stock Futures Rs 47,689.99 crore and Index Options Rs 15,29,267.54 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 46,264.06 crore.

For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.88, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.89 and that of Stock Options was 0.51.
