Gaurav Mercantiles has duly completed the acquisition of the Digital Business, operated under the name and brand name of ‘The Quint’, from Quintillion Media, in terms of the business transfer agreement and other related documents (Agreements) executed between the parties and commenced the relevant operations on a going-concern basis.
Gaurav Mercantiles provides ship and old factories dismantling, scrap trading, and investment services. The Company offers scrap of iron, steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper, and other metals.
