Petronet LNG has informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 SEBI LODR, 2015, the Record date has been fixed as Thursday, 16 July, 2020 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members to the Final Dividend of Rs 7 per share (on the face value of Rs 10 each) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2019-20 recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 29 June, 2020. If the final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
